What’s inside Animal Jam Box?

Every Animal Jam Box will have a curated assortment of mystery items with a total retail value of over $60! Most of the goodies inside are totally exclusive to the box and can't be found anywhere else. The boxes may also include rare first edition items before they are released in stores! The types of items that could be inside include clothing, accessories, electronics, toys, stationery and more!

Who are we?

Can’t I just buy these items in stores?

No! The Animal Jam Box features exclusive items that are not available anywhere else, as well as first editions that you will receive before they become available in stores

Can I give an Animal Jam Box subscription as a gift?

Yes! You can gift a subscription by putting your friend's name on the “Ship To” information!

Why are we asking for your shirt and shoe size?

We're asking because we plan on putting a wearable in every single box! It does not mean that you will be getting both a tee shirt and shoes in every box. We're storing this information in case we may need it for future boxes.

Shipping

When will my Animal Jam Box ship?

Winter Box: Shipped Mid-Late December

Spring Box: Ships Mid-Late April 

Summer Box: Ships Early-MID August

Fall Box: Ships Mid-Late October 

What Countries do we ship to?

We ship to all 50 States in the USA, plus the following Countries: Australia, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Great Britain, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, & Switzerland. International Customers are required to pay any relevant duties, customs, or taxes associated with their Country.

Why are International shipping fees more than Domestic?

International shipping fees vary from country to country. Each international Animal Jam Box is shipped with Priority Express International Shipping and is fully insured and trackable.

 

Once my box ships, how long will it take to arrive?

If you’re a subscriber located in the USA, you will receive a shipping notification with tracking information when your box is dispatched through USPS or FedEx. At that point, your box will arrive within 2-7 business days depending on where you’re located.

If you are an international subscriber (outside the USA), you will receive a shipping notification when your box is dispatched via USPS along with a tracking number. At that point, your box will arrive within 5 to 10 business days. Please be aware that international packages may be delayed by customs in your country and that you are responsible for any associated import fees.

Billing

What is the difference between Quarterly and Annual Plans?

We offer two different plans for our Jammers, so you can pick whichever plan is best for you. Even better, both plans are set to auto-renew, so you never miss a box!

Quarterly Plan = costs $25 per box plus shipping, you will be billed every time your box ships.

Annual Plan = costs $23 per box plus shipping, you will be billed for all 4 boxes at signup.

If you choose to sign up for the Annual Plan, you’ll save nearly 10% per box!

If I subscribed to the Quarterly or Annual Plan, do I automatically get renewed?

Yes, you will automatically be renewed to the original plan you purchased.

When will I be billed for a recurring subscription? **Please note, you will be charged in full on initial signup**

At signup, you will be charged $25 plus shipping for the Quarterly Plan and $92 plus shipping for the Annual Plan. Both plans are set to auto-renew once your initial plan has ended. Please refer to the chart below for processing dates.

Spring box: Processed on March 15th 
Summer box: Processed on June 30th 
Fall box: Processed on September 15th 
Holiday

What currency will I be charged in?

All orders on AnimalJamBox.com are processed in U.S dollars.

What payments do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

Account Questions

How do I update my payment information?

In order to change your Credit Card info, Log into your account, click Manage Subscriptions then Billing Information and then click on Edit Card.

How do I cancel my subscription?

We’re sorry to see you go! If you have to leave, click on My Account and then Manage Subscriptions. From there you will be able to manage or cancel your current subscriptions.

Quarterly Plans can be canceled between seasons, but you will still receive all the boxes you were charged for.

Annual Plans can be canceled after sign up, but you will still receive the 4 boxes you were charged for. Once canceled, Annual Plans will not be auto-renewed.  

How do I change my sizes?

Log in, click on My Account and then Manage Subscriptions. Select Edit on your current subscription and then click Change Product Size.

How do I change my shipping address?

Log in, click on My Account and then Manage Subscriptions. Select Edit on your current subscription and you will be able to update your billing and shipping addresses. Please change your address by the following dates to avoid having your package lost. 

Spring box: March 15th 
Summer box: June 15th 
Fall box: September 15th 
Holiday box: November 15th 

Exchanges and Returns

An item was broken or damaged in my Animal Jam Box. What should I do?

Any damages, refunds or replacement requests must be requested within 30 days of receiving your shipment. Due to inventory changes, we do not guarantee that all requests will be accommodated as requested. Once processed, you will be asked to verify your shipping address and you will receive new tracking information.

We do not offer refunds or replacements for items that have been used, washed or tampered with.

As a mystery style subscription, we do not offer returns, refunds or credits for the dissatisfaction of subscription contents.

You may reach out to customer support with photos documenting the damage in a photo or video in an email with the full name and email associated with the account.

We will be able to replace the item/s unless the item is not in stock, then we will offer a refund for the damaged item.

Please do take note that waiting for a replacement can take up to 8 weeks.

I received the wrong shirt size. What should I do?
